PSALM JAY

To the Man I'm becoming

Striving to always be the very best that i truly can, 
A man who pertains to wisdom and not just of age 
I wouldn’t enter it with simplicity and never with a gauge, 
A clever man in the making
Truth and honesty always being my best endeavor, 
One who will always choose wisdom and be very kind

A real man i assuredly will be defined, 
One who helps the needy and the poor, not doing this for the glamour or expecting praises in return
One who keeps learning the best of manhood,
One day will come when the deeds of my life will be read 
Then all will know me as a man, from the roads i have tread, 
A man who gave his soul to God and has become a caring teacher, father, friend and lover

One who gives his life to students to become a fine version of him
One who has used his hands to become both good and better
One Who toils , works hard , seen the worst and the best of life but still smiles
One who loves intentionally not because he wants back, but to make a change in the hearts of men

Cheers to the Man I am becoming !
