The car itself was in excellent condition, very clean, spacious and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well, which was very important given the hot and humid weather in Vietnam. We were also provided with cold water bottles and wet wipes, which was a nice touch.

The journey to Bana Hills from Hoi An was smooth and comfortable. The driver knew the route well and was able to navigate the traffic and the roads with ease. He even made some recommendations for places to visit in Bana Hills and shared some interesting information about the area.

Once we arrived at Bana Hills, we had a great time exploring the various attractions and taking in the stunning views. The cable car ride up to the top was a highlight, and the Golden Bridge was absolutely breathtaking. We spent several hours at the park before the driver picked us up to take us back to our hotel in Hoi An.
