Life Balance

sun fuels my day
the moon evokes calm at night,
both luminescent.

sun in the daytime
moon’s my companion at night
both balance my life.

During the daytime hours, when the sun is beaming down on Earth, I stand still and embrace its potent energy. It elevates my vibration and gives me so much life. The energy that I harness from the sun, fuels my spirit and it is the source of my wellbeing.

Under the cloak of darkness, when the world is still and silent, the moon and I engage in a dance that is calming to my soul. We float amongst the stars, in perfect flow, as we sway through the nighttime sky.

I shine bright like the sunlight and I emit calmness like the moon, they are my yin yang energy, and I need both to bring balance into my life. Both complement each other and they bring peace to the essence of my being.
