The Secret

Secrets never revealed of two loving hearts.

Sitting with elegant attire a garland around my neck.
Listening to the Scholar reciting the verse.
Whole body was shivering of unknown fear,
like the giant wave in the sea in silent atmosphere.
Friends and folks made fun of me cracking some jokes.
Overseeing the preparation of a soul to mingle another soul.
The secret of shivering self on the day of Nikah (Wedding) not revealed till date.

Looking for the first time to her adorable eyes through my blurred eyes,
In the presence of aromatic flowers in dim light.
Restlessness of heart was like a peacock dancing in rain.
The secret of the restlessness is still unknown in my brain.
Closing my eyes went down the memory lane,
in her absence my heart does the same movement.
Years passed by, the secret between eyes are not unfolded.

The bell rang of separation, compulsion to say farewell,
the talks of separation whispered through home folks.
Few days remaining to be parted from her soul.
Every night was rainy through the cloud of two pain loaded hearts.
For years heart was dried like a desert.
It became wet at the moment of separation,
It was so profound secret never realized in my imagination.
